How to Use
- Clean your hands thoroughly before applying the eye drops.
- If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
- Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s), as directed by your doctor. Ensure that the dropper does not touch any surface to avoid contamination.
- If using other eye medications, wait for at least 10 minutes between applications.
- Apply the drops at the same time(s) every day for the best results.
- After applying the drop, gently wipe off any excess liquid around the eye.
Restrictions
- Do not use Timol P Eye Drop if you have a history of:
- Asthma, severe COPD, or serious heart conditions such as heart failure.
- Coronary heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, or any liver or kidney issues.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using this medication.
Side Effects
Most side effects of Timol P are mild and often go away as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, if any of the following persist or cause discomfort, consult your doctor:
- Burning sensation in the eyes
- Stinging in the eyes
