How to Use

Since Temsan-H contains a diuretic (water pill), it will increase urination, so it is advisable to avoid taking it close to bedtime (within four hours before sleeping) to prevent frequent trips to the bathroom at night. It is important to take the medication regularly, even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Stopping the medication prematurely can increase your risk of serious health complications like heart attacks or strokes.
