Directions for Use:
- Use as regular toothpaste: apply a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, twice daily.
- For quick relief: apply a pea-sized amount to a clean fingertip and gently rub on the sensitive tooth base for 1 minute.
- Avoid swallowing; rinse thoroughly after brushing.
