About the Product:
Pacitane Tablet is an anticholinergic medication primarily used to treat Parkinson’s disease and drug-induced movement disorders. It works by improving muscle control and reducing stiffness, which helps with the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, such as tremors, muscle rigidity, and balance issues. It also helps alleviate abnormal movement side effects caused by certain antipsychotic drugs.
Pacitane Tablet is often used in conjunction with other medications for Parkinson’s disease or to manage the severe movement side effects caused by other drugs. It should be taken regularly at the same time each day for optimal results. To avoid side effects, it should be taken on an empty stomach.

How Pacitane Tablet Works:
Pacitane Tablet contains Trihexyphenidyl, an anticholinergic agent that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter in the brain. In Parkinson’s disease, there is an imbalance between acetylcholine and dopamine, which causes symptoms like muscle stiffness, tremors, and difficulty in movement. By reducing acetylcholine activity, Pacitane helps to improve muscle control, reduce stiffness, and ease the movement problems associated with Parkinson’s disease. It also helps manage drug-induced movement disorders, such as those caused by antipsychotic medications.
