Olmetime-AMH 20 Tablet is a combination medication designed to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly when a single drug is not sufficient. By effectively lowering high blood pressure, this medication reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage in the long term.

The tablet contains a combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil, Amlodipine, and Hydrochlorothiazide which work together to relax blood vessels, eliminate excess fluid from the body, and reduce blood pressure. Olmetime-AMH 20 Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at the same time each day to maximize its effect. Regular use, even if you feel well, is essential for effective management of high blood pressure.

This medication contains a diuretic (water pill), which may increase urine output. Therefore, it is advised not to take it close to bedtime to avoid frequent urination during the night.
