- Low blood platelets

- Diarrhea

Restrictions
- Alcohol: It is safe to consume alcohol with Actam-S 375 Injection as no harmful interactions are expected.
- Pregnancy: Actam-S 375 Injection is generally safe during pregnancy if prescribed by a doctor. Animal studies have shown no or minimal adverse effects on the developing baby, but human studies are limited.
