- Other Conditions: Do not use if you have thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura/hemolytic uremic syndrome (TTP/HUS). Inform your doctor if you have immune deficiency or are taking nephrotoxic medications such as amphotericin B or aminoglycoside antibiotics.
