Uses/Benefits

  • Treatment of Resistant Tuberculosis (TB): Abi-CV-Kid Tablet DT is effective in treating multi-drug-resistant (MDR) TB by inhibiting an enzyme called beta-lactamase, which certain bacteria produce to resist antibiotics. Clavulanic acid in this medicine neutralizes the enzyme, allowing amoxicillin to act on the bacteria and combat the infection effectively.
  • Treatment of Bacterial Infections: Effective against a range of bacterial infections in different parts of the body, helping improve symptoms by eliminating harmful bacteria.
