- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
- Products should not show signs of use, scratches, or any damage.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order details, including the reason for exchange, to facilitate the process.
- Our team will assess the eligibility for exchange based on the provided information.
- Once the exchange is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- Return the product to our designated address within the specified timeframe.
Exclusions:
- Certain products, such as prescription medications, cannot be exchanged due to regulatory restrictions.
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for exchange unless defective or damaged.
Additional Information:
- The Med Bazaar reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the specified conditions.

Online Exchange of Orders: The platform would act as an online exchange, working as one stop point for bulk and generic drug supplies orders from other pharmaceuticals organizations for both domestic and international markets. The performance of the exchange would have to be monitored by an independent agency acting as an accreditation authority for the same.
Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
At The Med Bazaar, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We are pleased to provide a full refund under the following conditions:
Full Refund Possible If:
a. You receive a defective item.
b. The ordered item(s) are lost or damaged during transit.
c. You receive a product that has exceeded its expiry date.
Please note that if a return is requested due to reasons attributable to the User, we may, at our discretion, accept such requests subject to a ‘Restocking Fee’. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that we reserve the right to adjust this fee without prior notice. We only accept return requests for original, unused products in a condition suitable for resale as new, without any damage, signs of use, scratches, or wear and tear.
Refund Process:
The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the refund is via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account, as per the bank’s policy. For wallet refunds, the credit should be available within 24 hours.
Cash on Delivery:
To process refunds for COD orders, please send an email to admin@themedbazaar.com or call us at 9120938655. Subsequently, you will receive a refund to your wallet or your bank account. If refunded to your bank account, please provide the necessary bank account details.
Direct Bank Refund:
In certain situations, such as excessive pricing or other cases requiring a refund, The Med Bazaar will directly refund to your bank account.
Refund to Wallet:
If you choose to receive the refund to your wallet, any unused amount in your wallet will be transferred to your bank account upon deactivation of your account.
How to Request a Refund:
